1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stays Pro ("the Service"), a hotel booking and markup platform operated by All Inclusive Travel LLC ("we", "us", "our"), located at 30 N GOULD ST STE N, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, United States. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Stays Pro. You represent that you are an independent travel seller, advisor, or agency professional.
3. Subscription & Billing
Stays Pro is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected during checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your client relationships, pricing, compliance with local laws, taxes, and travel regulations. Stays Pro provides technology and access to B2B rates; we do not act as your agent, employer, or representative.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Stays Pro for unlawful purposes, resell access without authorization, scrape data, interfere with the platform, or mislead clients about your relationship with Stays Pro.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stays Pro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Inclusive Travel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee specific income or booking volume.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
